Alright Trippers, this is happening! The much-awaited, delayed and cancelled Trip Tribe retreat has reformed, reconnected and relabeled itself as the Trip City Escape!
WHAT?
This is an opportunity to spend a few days away from the crazy hustle and bustle of your everyday life and escape the city and suburbs with some of your best tripper buddies.
The set and setting will be stunning out in the countryside with rolling hills and beautiful greenery across the horizon as we make camp on the breathtaking Shrezleki mountains in Moe about 1.5 hours south of Melbourne.
WHO?
Don't be fooled, this is not a club event. You will spend the weekend with loyal dedicated trippers for a few days of great conversation, relaxation, tunes, board games, swimming, farm animals, delicious food and more.
Not any Tom, Dick or Harry will be able to attend this city escape. The beds will be reserved for Trippers who have been a part of a tribe for a certain period of time.
WHEN?
We'll be departing on this one-of-a-kind journey on Friday, December 1st and returning back to civilization on Sunday the 3rd of December. Please cross your fingers toes and eyebrows that Melbourne puts on a weather show for us as the property has an absolutely deliciooooous saltwater pool.
WHY?
Why? Really? Because we fucking deserve this that's why! And it's about time we got to enjoy each other's company outside of the nightclub walls. This event has been planned a few times not however has experienced delay upon delay due to spicy cough. Well, that time is behind us now and we are ready to do this!
WHERE?
The property I have chosen is one that I have stayed at multiple times in the past and even had our Chunk City Escape at earlier this year. It has a sleeping room for 30+ guests, 6 showers and toilets, a large living area, heaps of tables and chairs for some epic board game tournaments, a volleyball court, basketball ring, swimming pool, indoor fire, outdoor fire, barbecue, pool table and heaps more.
We'll have some organised activities and set times for breakfasts, lunch and dinners, (which will all be included in your entry price), however of course you do not have to do anything you don't want to. This is your time to unwind and relax and do whatever it is you want.
WTF WILL THIS COST?
$270 will get you your accommodation for 2 nights + all food and drink (not including alcohol.)
SINGLE DAY/NIGHT PASS: Come up for the Saturday / Saturday night and depart with us after breakfast Sunday for $170. Price includes all food and drink (not alcohol)
If you want to arrange with someone else who cannot make the whole weekend but would like to come for a particular day, then you are welcome to share the costs/bed with them. However, there can only be a 1 hour period where you are both there at the same time.
